Waterproof plywood allows you to construct a reasonably priced, patio storage cabinet. The wood resists the elements as it is built using waterproof adhesive between the separate layers of this type of plywood used for covering or external constructing purposes on homes. There is any size you like for your outdoor storage cabinet, so you can pile just about whichever outdoor piece if you make it vertical with flexible shelves.
Starting the project
To start outdoor storage cabinets, on the edges corresponding to each other, put the two plywood pieces. Spread over on the sides of the two pieces with waterproof resin adhesive. Position them amid the two lengthier boards, level at the upper and lowermost. Create the rectangular shape of the cabinet by fasten the sides of the lengthier boards and the ends of the short panels with staples in three inches away from each other.
Spread over the edges of the rectangle with adhesive. Position on the rectangle the piece of plywood and level it on completely four sides. Fasten them with staples spaced at six inches around the perimeter. Flip the box overlooking up. Spread over the pieces of pine with adhesive. Put them horizontal on the rear of the outdoor storage cabinet one at the lowest and one at the upper. Brace them with staples randomly. Position the cabinet standing. Put two flexible shelf standards on all side vertically on the lowermost of the cabinet. Use a drill and screws to secure the shelf standards to the edges.
Using sandpaper on a hand-sanding block, sand smooth and round all the corners of the outdoor storage cabinet and other plywood parts including the doors and shelves. Place the cabinet facing up. Put the two pieces of plywood level on the cabinet even on all four sides to create the doors. Attach piano pivot on all edge of the door and the side of the cabinet with screws and drill.
Install steel floor glides into all corners on the lowermost of the cabinet with hammer. Position the cabinet standing. Install steel shelf bracers into the flexible shelf standards on conflicting sides and level the shelves. Add the shelves of the cabinet by inserting the pieces of plywood into it. Put shelf on all set of shelf bracers. Install the handle in the middle of the door. Install the metal loop on the other side of the door. Fasten those pieces to the doors with screws to complete the outdoor storage cabinet waterproof.
